How To: Cancel your IPVanish subscription and get refunded

This guide will show you how to cancel your subscription with IPVanish. One final word of advice, however: if you want to cancel due to a technical problem (s), make sure to check first with customer support. Open your web browser and navigate to the IPvanish website.

Click the My Account link at the top right of the site, enter your login details and click the green Login button.

To view your subscription settings, click Signature.

Below the green “Submit” button, you’ll see a link that says “I want to cancel my subscription”. Click on the link.

Scroll to the next page and click I still want to cancel.

The site will ask you to indicate your reason for unsubscribing. Check the box next to the subject, enter additional details if desired, and click the Continue green button.

You will receive a message that you have successfully unsubscribed and will be refunded (if the seven-day repayment period has not yet expired).
