To get the right SIM size for your phone, all you need to do is go to your network provider. That might mean going to a store or calling for mail delivery. Either way, you’ll be told what size you need for your phone and you’ll receive either this or a triple SIM card that you can use to remove the plastic edges you don’t need.
This gives you the freedom to try out any network and have the SIM sent to you for whatever your phone needs.
How do I keep my old number?
If you want a new SIM card for your new or beloved phone, but want to keep your old number, that’s fine. You can even switch networks and still keep the trusted old numbers.
Just call your existing network provider to get your PAC code. This will take 30 days. During this time, you need to make it available to your new network so that it can be activated. In the meantime, you’ll be on a new SIM card with a different number until it’s updated. With networks such as EE, this can be done immediately. If you submit the data before 5.30 p.m., your new SIM card will have your old number at the start of the next working day. All you have to do is reboot the phone and you can continue with your old number on a new handset and network as if nothing has changed.
