Xiaomi has confirmed the next batch of devices that will receive MIUI 12.5 in China. Typically, Xiaomi rolls out OS upgrades for devices in its home market first, followed by global, European, and other offices about a month later. Initially, Xiaomi released MIUI 12.5 on seven devices in China, including the Mi 9 SE, as we have already reported.

However, the company has now opened MIUI 12.5 for an additional 16 handsets. According to a Weibo post, the 16 devices are as follows:

  • Wed 10Z
  • Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G
  • Wed 9
  • Mi CC9 Pro
  • Redmi K40 Pro
  • Redmi K40
  • Redmi K30S Extreme Commemorative Edition
  • Redmi K30 Extreme Commemorative Edition
  • Redmi K30 Pro
  • Redmi K30 5G
  • Redmi K30i 5G
  • Redmi K20 Pro
  • Redmi Note 9 Pro
  • Redmi Note 9
  • Redmi 10X Pro 5G

These devices should soon receive MIUI 12.5 in the stable Chinese branch of MIUI. Unfortunately, Xiaomi has not confirmed when it plans to bring its latest OS to these devices. It has gone quiet on his MIUI Global Twitter channel, but MIUI 12.5 has already reached some global models, as we have already reported.
